On the Journey was inspired by the quote"Don't look back, you are not going that way."  I chose this particular image of a person climbing steps because it shows where they have been and it gives the impression that your future is unknown and could lead anywhere. On the journey of life there is no map or manual on where to go, just live in the present, be kind to one another and enjoy the journey.
Of all my paintings, this one means the most to me.

On the Journey 16"x20" Acrylic paint

I used 16"x20" premium stretched and wrapped canvas (staples on back) and acrylic paints in the making of this painting. It is signed and dated on the back, and wire is installed so they are ready to hang upon arrival. A final varnish is applied to protect the surface of the painting from dust and UVA/UVB rays.
